Our first retreat of the green season series was so fun. We had a couple of mother/daughter pairs, some beginners and a few advanced surfers. Great waves, volcano boarding, kickball with the local community and tons of fun as usual.
This was a particularly awesome week for Surf With Amigas Surf and Yoga Retreats in Costa Rica. It was our last retreat of the series in Costa Rica and we went out with an incredible group of ladies of all ages including many returning guests and a few mother/daughter duos. There was surfing, yoga, hiking in the jungle, horseback riding, and of course lots of dancing and playing.

Paula Bedo decided to bring her mom with her on a Surf Yoga Adventure trip with Suave Dulce to Nicaragua. Paula’s mom Claudia had never tried surfing, yoga, or been on a big adventure without her husband. They both had an amazing time and would recommend the trip to anyone.
