With some big swell this week the Amigas went on the search to find some cute waves…they most certainly did! Low tides made for some fun snorkeling and hanging in the tide pools!

Northern Nicaragua Surf and Yoga Retreat – January Highlights
Many of the Amigas for our January 23rd retreat were escaping the cold hailing from places like Canada, Alaska and Vermont! The majority being first timers didn’t change the fact that we had created full frothing surf monsters by the end!
December Retreat Highlights
Surf With Amigas surf and yoga retreats for women finished off the 2015 season with an awesome week of very athletic Amigas. The surf conditions were favorable and we had what we’re calling the most athletic group of Amigas on one retreat ever. There was tons of shredding and lots of improvement.
Puerto Rico Highlights
Always on the hunt for great locations, Surf With Amigas took a group of awesome surfing ladies on an adventure in Puerto Rico. We scored some super cute waves, had unexpected adventures, and made friends for life. Surf Yoga Adventure with us!

Sometimes SWA allows amigos to join us! while we are usually ladies-only, at least once a year we suggest ladies bring their guys along. here are the highlights from our co-ed retreat in early november in northern nicaragua.
El Salvador October Highlights

Here’s the highlight video for our second retreat in October 2015 in El Salvador. The waves were a bit smaller but still had plenty of size and we had some serious shredders. Watch the girls handle well overhead waves with style. Plus pool antics, ping pong, and plenty of dancing.
Big Waves and Waterfalls in El Salvador
El Salvador is probably the most challenging location that Surf With Amigas frequents. Sunzal is a swell magnet so any bit of swell produces well overhead waves. This week we had solid swell the entire time and the Amigas had to overcome fear to rise to the challenge.
