This retreat is for: Families bringing kids age 5+ who want to share the magic of a surf trip to Costa Rica with the whole crew. All surf levels welcome.
The Accommodations
We’ll stay in jungle luxury at an eco-friendly, off-grid resort right on the beach in one of the most bio-diverse regions of the world. For those that love the Longboard House location, this is just across the the gulf! We will have private access to a resort featuring stylishly designed rooms with private bathrooms. There’s a pool, an organic garden, a meditation garden, and spa, with and a swimmable (and surfable!) private beach right out front.
If you are interested in considering your ecological footprint, this resort features rainwater catchment and solar panels, as well as focusing on organic food served straight from the garden.
The Surf
There’s a fun right point break directly out front with mellow, rolling waves great for longboarding. Whether you want to perfect your carves and cross-steps, or are working on popping up and going down the line on green waves, this point break is the perfect playground. If you ride shorter boards and are looking for more of a challenge, there’s a collection of other right point breaks and beach breaks just a short drive from the retreat. This location has waves for all ability levels!
Jungle Lux Family Retreat Details

Price: For all family members ages 9+ : $2750 per person (fan cooled room) or $2900 per person (AC room)
For family members ages 5-8: $2500 per person
*Children under age 5 are not permitted at this retreat location

Getting There:
To book your flight, fly into San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO), then get a domestic flight to Puerto Jimenez. The resort is located about 20 min from Puerto Jimenez. More detailed information will be provided in the booking process.
