At Surf With Amigas, our Retreats are run by a team of passionate surfers who believe in sharing knowledge, building confidence in the water, and creating an unforgettable community experience.
Our Surf Coaching Team includes three roles:
Surf Coach — Local Expert
Local surfers who provide in-water coaching and share deep knowledge of their home breaks.
Surf Coach — Retreat Host
Coaches who live on-site during retreats and combine surf coaching with guest hosting.
Trip Leader / Lead Surf Coach
The coach responsible for overseeing retreat operations and leading the coaching team.
