Britt Kindred is from a small coastal surf community on West Coast of New Zealand. Her mum, dad, and brother are all keen surfers and surfing has been a key aspect of her life for as long as she can remember. Her family holidays were always spent loading up the car and driving up and down the coast to find the best waves.
Britt’s love of surfing from a young age lead her into competitions. With her success at a national level, Britt had the honor to represent her country at numerous competitions around the world and be the New Zealand Team Captain. After a few years of waving the flag for New Zealand, Britt took a break from competing and completed her education at the University of Otago where she studied Sport and Exercise Nutrition.
