An Amiga joined us on a retreat in late May 2016 and edited this video of her experience shown through her perspective. It’s a great summary of what goes on during a Surf With Amigas Surf and Yoga retreat. Tons of fun, dancing, adventures, and big surf improvement.

November is baby turtle season and they are so cute! Other than admiring the preciousness of sea creatures, the Amigas galloped on horseback down the beach, hiked up a volcano, caught a bunch of cute waves, and did an impromptu Vogue photo shoot. So fun!
Natural Spa Treatment
The surf was flat yesterday.. so some Amigas and I spent the day in the cloud forest of El Salvador for a little adventure. The Laguna de Alegría at the top of the inactive volcano offers a spa treatment that some people pay upwards of $100 for: a hot mud bath.
According to local legend, the lagoon was formed from mermaid tears. She cried so hard when the volcano erupted, she drown herself in the water.. and her spirit remains to this day.
