Greenlines is a company from the east coast that makes awesome boardshorts out of 100% recycled polyester. Normally, I’m a bit of a boardshorts skeptic and would prefer to wear a skirt or a sarong when I’m just hanging out, but these ones are stretchy, comfortable, and cute.The styles are classic and reminiscent of true waterman (and waterwoman) pieces that are timeless. These days, I find myself living in them- along with the rest of our Amigas staff.
Greenlines is also a company with a fierce dedication to the ocean and the 
importance of keeping our beaches pristine, and pledges a portion of their profits to Surfrider Foundation. They were nice enough to send all of us some shorts as well as a few extras that we are selling as a Waves of Hope fundraiser. So far we have raised over $300 that goes directly to the education projects in our rural community in northern Nicaragua. Big thanks to Greenlines for the shorts and the dedication the betterment of our Earth, her populations’ lives, and our oceans.
